Expressions of Interest are being sought from BTAC members to rent the 2 x 3 bedroom units in Hooley Avenue, Onslow for a 6 month term.
At the end of the 6-month term a further term may be offered based on need for the housing.
The use of this housing is identified as priority housing and is to support those members who are living in housing stress due to high rents and lack of availability, and who also meet the criteria.

Properties will be leased on a first come basis centred on compliance with the Priority Housing Policy, and the ability to sign a residential tenancy lease.
